Admissions

Noor Al Khaleej International School is a privately owned school that offers an international curriculum. Students are admitted regardless of race, gender, nationality or religion provided they meet all the admission requirements as outlined in the admission policy.

Applications for admission are accepted throughout the year and Noor Al Khaleej seeks to accept all students who apply and meet the requirements, provided seats are available.

PLACEMENT CRITERIA

Placement in classes will be made by the Admission Committee, on the basis of:

• The student’s age
• His/her performance on the entrance assessment

Accepted students from KG1 will be placed in a year group according to their age, as per the MOEHE admission policy requirements.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applications will require:

• Previous year's report card (for transfers)
• Transfer certificate (for transfers)
• Conduct certificate (for transfers)
• No dues certificate from previous school (for transfers)
• Medical records of the student

Age Limit as per MOEHE

KG1 – 3 Years to 4 Years 11 Months 29 days

KG2 – 4 Years to 5 Years 11 Months 29 Days

If the student is from school outside Qatar, their certificates should be attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Qatar. Also the parent is required to sign the concern form from Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
